  1. Dear Madam,

I am RVR. I along with some of my friends have left tamilbrahmins.com website as it permits people with all sorts of back ground. Keeping the name `tamil’ and `brahmins’ in its title, it permits people who are neither `Tamil’ nor a `Brahmin’.

We have started our the above website about a month back and are continuing our trust activities. We conducted free Vivaha Sangamams for brahmins in Chennai and Bangalore during this month.

I kindly request you to come to our new website `braminsworld.com’ along with you younger sister and contribute effectively. (Please note that the word `h’ is missing in the above website address from the word brahmin)

We don’t permit anti-brahmin sentiments in our forum while allowing discussions on reforms within the brahmin community.

    Thanks and regards,

    RVR

    • Dear Mr. R.V.R,

I noticed that some of the regular contributors were missing from the Forum. But I did not know the other developments.

I am neck deep in the Forum and will have to complete the threads I have started.

Personally I feel that we should be ready to take a few criticisms and face the ruffles now and then.

But ideas differ from person to person. Now the Forum has become a peaceful place since the hurting edge has been

been effectively removed from the nibs of the pens people use.

I will join your website also as soon as the pressure of preparing twelve posts everyday is relaxed a little.

with warm regards to you and best wishes to your new web site,

      yours sincerely,
      Visalakshi Ramani.

  2. Dear V. R Madam,
I recently came across a tree by name Indian Tree of Heaven – Tamil: Agal, பெருமரம்,
    Botanical name: Ailanthus excelsa.
Thought I will check if it is covered in your blog. I couldnt locate it easily.

    regards
    O3 🙂
